Ingredients for Sweet Corn cheela Recipe

  • 3/4 cup Corn
  • 1/4 cup Rice flour
  • 1.25 g Garlic
  • 1/4 Pieces Chilly
  • As Required Salt
  • A Pinch Turmeric
  • As Required water

Directions: Sweet Corn Cheela Recipe

  • STEP 1.Step 1 Grind sweet corn along with garlic and chilly and transfer the mixture in a bowl.
  • STEP 2.Step 2. Add turmeric and salt to it. Add required amount of water to it. Make a semi thick consistency
  • STEP 3.Step 3. Take a non stick tawa on flame and pour a laddle full of batter on it and spread well. Brush both side with little oil on cheela.
  • STEP 4.Step 4 it will change color means cheela ia done now.
  • STEP 5.Step 5 serve hot with your choice of chutney or curry.
  • STEP 6.Note you can also take normal corn in place of sweet corn.
