basically, a fluffy deep fired bread prepared from maida or all purpose flour. it is usually served with chole masala and consumed for breakfast and lunch #restaurant
STEP 2.firstly, in a large mixing bowl take maida.
STEP 3.to that add rava, sugar and salt.
STEP 4.also add baking powder and baking soda and mix well.
STEP 5.furthermore, add oil and rub with the flour.
STEP 6.also add curd and start to knead dough.
STEP 7.knead and punch the dough well for atleast 5 minutes.
STEP 8.further, grease the dough with oil.
STEP 9.cover with moist cloth and rest for atleast 2 hours.
STEP 10.further, roll and get to a long shape. pinch the dough into medium sized balls.
STEP 11.then make balls between your palms.
STEP 12.finally, roll the dough evenly into circles using rolling pin. roll neither too thin nor thick.
STEP 13.frying bhatura recipe:
STEP 14.firstly, heat oil in a deep frying pan or kadai. when the oil is sufficiently hot, add one bhatura.
STEP 15.and, press with the spoon to puff up.
STEP 16.also once they begin to puff, splash oil over the bhatura till they puff completely.
STEP 17.flip over and fry the bhatura till golden brown all over.
STEP 18.then drain the poori into tissue paper to remove excess oil. fry all batura same way.
STEP 19.finally, serve bhatura with chole curry.
