Ingredients for Masala Rice Recipe

  • 1/2 Cup Cooked rice
  • 1 Tbsp Maggie masala
  • 1 Tsp Peanuts
  • 1 Tsp Mustardseeds
  • 1 Tsp jeera
  • 1 Pieces Greenchilli
  • Handful Coriander
  • 1/2 Tsp uraddal
  • 1/2 Tsp Chanadal
  • 1 Tbsp kaju
  • 1 Tsp Oil
  • 1 Tsp Salt

Directions: Masala Rice Recipe

  • STEP 1.take a kadai add oil. once warm add mustardseeds, jeera, uraddal, chanadal , peanuts , kaju and roast them well.
  • STEP 2.once roasted perfectly thn add greenchillies, add maggie masala or any masala that goes well with rice and mix well.
  • STEP 3.once combined well add cooked rice , mix evrything well to vombine evrything
  • STEP 4.now add salt as per taste .
  • STEP 5.combine well.
  • STEP 6.once done add handfull of chopped coriander.
  • STEP 7.serve hot jot masala rice along eith bugtermilk .
