  • 0.33 Cup Rice
  • 0.67 Cups water
  • 0.67 Tbsp Oil
  • 0.67 Pieces Garlic
  • 0.67 Pieces Cloves
  • Handful Onion
  • Handful Cabbage
  • Handful Carrot
  • A Handful greanpeas
  • Handful Spring onion
  • Handful Beans
  • Handful Capsicum
  • 0.67 Tbsp soyasause
  • 0.33 Tbsp Vinegar
  • 0.08 Tsp Salt

Directions: Vegetable Fried Rice Recipe

  • STEP 1.firstly, in a large kadai heat 2 tbsp oil and stir-fry 2 clove garlic.
  • STEP 2.also, saute ½ onion and 2 tbsp spring onion until they sweat.
  • STEP 3.furthermore add vegetables of your choice like ¼ carrot, 2 tbsp cabbage, 2 tbsp peas, 5 beans, ¼ capsicum and ½ tsp salt.
  • STEP 4.stir fry on high flame without overcooking vegetables.
  • STEP 5.now add 2 tbsp soy sauce and 1 tbsp vinegar. stir-fry until the sauce is combined well.
  • STEP 6.keeping the flame on high, add cooked rice.
  • STEP 7.also, add 1 tsp pepper and ¼ tsp salt. adjust the salt as soy sauce has salt.
  • STEP 8.stir-fry by mixing well making sure rice grains won't break.
  • STEP 9.further, add 2 tbsp spring onions and mix well.
  • STEP 10.finally, enjoy veg fried rice with babycornmanchurian also with chaas
