Ingredients for chakli/ Murkulu/karapusa Recipe

  • 1/4 Cup Riceflour
  • 0.13 Cups uraddal
  • 1 Tsp sesmaeseeds
  • 1/2 Tsp chilipowder
  • 1/2 Tsp Salt
  • 1/4 Tsp jeera
  • 1/4 Tsp voma( ajwain)
  • 1/2 Tbsp Butter

Directions: Chakli/ Murkulu/karapusa Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take a pan dry roast urad dal and make into a powder.
  • STEP 2.In a bowl add rice flour, urad dal, sesame seeds, ajwain seeds, salt, chilli powder, butter, mix well and add water as need.
  • STEP 3.Make into a soft dough.
  • STEP 4.Now take the murukulu press add the dough into it and press on top into the oil and make a round. Fry till light golden brown colour then remove.
