Garlic rice is a very good dish which is indo chinese dish made with lot of use of garlic and super tasty sauces and some hint of pepper powder and it's super delicious and super tasty.
Ingredients For Burnt Garlic Rice less than 5 mins Recipe
-10 nos Garlic cloves chopped
0.5 nos Cabbage Shredded
2 nos Cooked Rice bowl
1 tsp pepper powder
1 tsp Soy Sauce
as required Salt. to taste
2 tbsp Oil
Directions : Burnt Garlic Rice less than 5 mins Recipe
STEP 1.1. In a pan take oil, in that add garlic, cook the garlic till it is golden brown, then add the cabbage and cook till cabbage is cooked completely.
STEP 2.2. Then add Soy sauce, pepper powder, salt and mix well.
STEP 3.3. Add rice and mix well.
STEP 4.4. Burnt garlic rice is ready to be served.
