  • 0.17 cup Maida
  • 0.08 cup boiled chana
  • 0.17 nos Onion chopped
  • 0.17 tsp chat masala
  • As required Sev barik to taste
  • As required Puffed rice to taste
  • As required Tamarind sauce to taste
  • As required Bhelpuri chutney to taste
  • As required Black salt to taste
  • As required regular salt to taste

  • STEP 1.1. Knead a dough and keep it aside for some time.
  • STEP 2.2. Then roll the dough like chapati and then take a steel bowl and press the dough on it.
  • STEP 3.3. Then heat some oil for deep frying.
  • STEP 4.4. Add the made katori in the oil with the steel bowl and try to remove the steel bowl as it cookes.
  • STEP 5.5. The katori should be golden brown in colour.
  • STEP 6.6. Once it is done filling the katori comes. Fill the katori with boiled chana,onion ,season it with spices like chaat masala,amchur powder (and any spice of your choice)
  • STEP 7.7. Garnish it with some sev and some jaggery sauce or chutney.
  • STEP 8.Delicious katori chaat is ready to eat. Enjoy.
