  • STEP 1.First, we will take leftover idlis and cut them into small bite-sized pieces. Idlis are a popular South Indian dish made from fermented rice and lentil batter.
  • STEP 2.Next, in a pan, heat some oil and add mustard seeds, Urad dal ,Methi seeds.Let it spultter.
  • STEP 3.Now, add turmeric powder.
