Masala Bhat is a popular one-pot meal in Indian cuisine, offering a delightful combination of flavors, textures, and aromas. Masala Bhat is a very delicious one pot Meal which is made with rice ,lots of vegetables and some flavourful spices which enhances the flavour of the rice. And it's good as a one pot Meal also.

  • 1/4 cup Rice
  • 1/2 tbsp ghee or oil.
  • 1/4 tsp Jeera
  • 1/4 inch Ginger
  • 1.50 nos Garlic cloves
  • 1/4 nos Cinnamon Stick
  • 3/4 nos Cardamom
  • 1/4 nos green chilli
  • 2.50 nos Curry leaves
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric
  • 1/4 tbsp coriander powder
  • 1/4 tsp garam masala
  • 0-1/4 tbsp goda masala
  • 0-1.25 nos Ivy Gourd(Tondali) juliance
  • 1/4 nos Carrot juliance
  • 0.63 cup Water
  • As required salt to taste

  • STEP 1.1.Add oil in a pan add in all the whole spices jeera,curry leaf,green chilli , cinnamon stick, cardamom,garlic, ginger and cloves and let it spultter.
  • STEP 2.2.Then add add in rice and toss it for a second and add haldi, coriander powder,garam masala powder and goda masala also. Then add the vegetables tondali and carrot ,salt and water 2.5 cups and mix well.
  • STEP 3.3.Cover the cooker with lid and give a one whistle to it and off the gas.
  • STEP 4.Delicious Masala Bhat is ready to serve. Garnish it with Some coconut and Serve hot.
