Ingredients for Masala idli bites Recipe

  • 0.33 cup Idli batter
  • 0.67 tbsp - Water
  • 0.17 nos - chopped onion
  • 0.33 tsp -haldi powder
  • 0-0.33 tsp chilli powder
  • 0.08 teaspoon - dhana jeera powder
  • 0.08 teaspoon - garam masala
  • 0.33 tbsp -green chilli sauce (for spicy)
  • As required - salt
  • As required to taste
  • As required - oil
  • As required For frying

Directions: Masala Idli Bites Recipe

  • STEP 1.In a bowl, mix together idli batter, water, onion, dhana jeera powder, turmeric powder ,red chili powder and garam masala, green chilli sauce.
  • STEP 2.2. Add salt to taste and mix well.
  • STEP 3.3. Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat.
  • STEP 4.4. Using a spoon, drop small portions of the batter into the hot oil and flatten slightly.
  • STEP 5.5. Fry until golden brown and crispy, turning occasionally.
  • STEP 6.6. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
  • STEP 7.7. Serve hot with chutney or sambar.
