STEP 2.1 boil the soya chunks with salt and a tea bag and drain the extra water.
STEP 3.2 heat some oil in the pan and fry onions until they turn brown.
STEP 4.3 blend tomatoes, ginger, garlic and chilli in a blender to make puree.
STEP 5.4 add this puree to the pan and cook it with the onions
STEP 6.5 once cooked add capsicum,spinach,soya sauce and all the spices in it.
STEP 7.6 saute it and cook for a few minutes and then add boiled diya chunks.
STEP 8.7 cook this for 3-4 minutes at medium flame and add cream to it
STEP 9.8 mix well and your amritsari badi is ready to be served.
