- 1 cup boiled mini soya chunks
- 1/2 cup washed and chopped spinach
- 1 No.s capsicum diced
- 3 No.s onions finely chopped
- 3 No.s Tomatoes
- 2 No.s green chillies
- 1/2 No.s ginger
- 3-4 clove garlic
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 1/2 teaspoon sukha dhaniya powder
- 2 teaspoon amul butter
- 2 teaspoon fresh cream
- 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon chaat masala
- 1 teaspoon soya sauce
- As required Salt
- 1 No.s tea bag

How to Make Amritsari Badi/soya Chunks Recipe
STEP 02
1 boil the soya chunks with salt and a tea bag and drain the extra water.
STEP 03
2 heat some oil in the pan and fry onions until they turn brown.
STEP 04
3 blend tomatoes, ginger, garlic and chilli in a blender to make puree.
STEP 05
4 add this puree to the pan and cook it with the onions
STEP 06
5 once cooked add capsicum,spinach,soya sauce and all the spices in it.
STEP 07
6 saute it and cook for a few minutes and then add boiled diya chunks.
STEP 08
7 cook this for 3-4 minutes at medium flame and add cream to it
STEP 09
8 mix well and your amritsari badi is ready to be served.
