  • As required For rough powder of dry masala
  • 1.50 piece Clove
  • 1/4 piece Cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon Jeera
  • 1/4 teaspoon saboot dhania
  • 1/2 teaspoon Anardana
  • As required Other Masale
  • 3/4-1 green chillies, finely chopped
  • 1/2-3/4 tomatoes, finely chopped
  • 1/4 piece ginger, finely chopped
  • 1/2-3/4 teaspoon green coriander, finely chopped
  • 1/4 onion, finely chopped
  • 0.13 teaspoon mango powder
  • 1/4 tablespoon garam masala
  • As required Red chillies
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry coriander
  • 25 tablespoon g Ghee
  • 1/2 piece bay leaves
  • As required Rough powder of dry masala
  • As required In a pan, roast all dry masale and make a rough powder out of that and keep aside
