- As required Salt
- 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon Kasuri methi
- 2 No.s Bay leaf
- 5 No.s Curry leaf
- 3 No.s Green chilli
- 1 tablespoon Corriander powder
- 1/4 tablespoon Turmeric powder

How to Make Amritsari Chhole Recipe
Take a cooker and add oil with garlic cloves, cloves, ginger, ajwain seeds, curry patta
And add some water and chhole into the cooker
Take the cooker off after 5 whistles
And take the chhole out.
Take a pan and put oil, add onion garlic paste and fry it with grease.
After some time add garlic ginger paste, tomato paste, salt. Now cook the ingredients till it absorbs all spices. Add some green chili, coriander powder, red chili powder, jeera powder and turmeric powder.
Add some water if needed. Add the chhole into the pan. Expect it to boil and absorb taste.
Add kasuri methi and some butter to garnish.
