1 cup Chopped Onion
Chopped coriander leaves
1 teaspoon chopped garlic
As required Salt
1 cup curd
2 tablespoon mustard oil
2 pinch hing
1 teaspoon meethi seed powder
0.5 teaspoon turmeric powder
2 red chilies
1 teaspoon coriander seeds

Directions : Aloo Paldu Recipe

STEP 1.Cut the potato

STEP 2.Chop the onions and coriander leaves

STEP 3.Heat the pan and add 2tbsp mustard oil

STEP 4.Add red chilies and 1tspm coriander seeds, let them pop

STEP 5.Add 2 pinch hing and ½ tsp meethi seeds powder

STEP 6.Add 1tsp chopped garlic

STEP 7.Add the chopped onion and fry them till brown

STEP 8.Add the diced potatoes and ½ tsp turmeric powder and fry well

STEP 9.Cover and cook for 3 mins,add 1 cup of water and cover again

STEP 10.Add the curd and cook for 8 mins \

STEP 11.Add the coriander leaves and mix well

STEP 12.Serve with roti
