  • 1 Medium Sized Potatoes, Peeled And Chopped

  • 1/4 teaspoon Mustard Seeds

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Peel and chop the potatoes into small cubes.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds. Once they start to splutter, add curry leaves and chopped onions.
  • STEP 3.Saute the onions until they turn golden brown. Then, add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt.
  • STEP 4.Add the chopped potatoes and mix well. Cover the pan and cook on low heat until the potatoes are tender.
  • STEP 5.Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or roti.

Cooking Tips

  • Make sure to chop the potatoes into small cubes for even cooking.
  • You can adjust the spice level according to your preference by adding more or less red chili powder.
