This recipe is very simple and quick to prepare. Pahari aloo palda is slightly sweet with a bit of sourness in it. It can be made with potatoes or with mix vegetables. I mostly used my leftover aloo gobi to prepare the palda. Currently i am living in vietnam-hanoi.
