Ingredients for Aloo Paldu Recipe

  • 2 Diced large size potato
  • 1 cup Chopped Onion
  • As required Chopped coriander leaves
  • 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
  • As required Salt
  • 1 cup curd
  • 2 tablespoon mustard oil
  • 2 pinch hing
  • 1 teaspoon meethi seed powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 2 red chilies
  • 1 teaspoon coriander seeds

Directions: Aloo Paldu Recipe

  • STEP 1.Cut the potato

  • STEP 2.Chop the onions and coriander leaves

step 3

  • STEP 3.Heat the pan and add 2tbsp mustard oil

step 4

  • STEP 4.Add red chilies and 1tspm coriander seeds, let them pop

step 5

  • STEP 5.Add 2 pinch hing and ½ tsp meethi seeds powder

step 6

  • STEP 6.Add 1tsp chopped garlic

step 7

  • STEP 7.Add the chopped onion and fry them till brown

step 8

  • STEP 8.Add the diced potatoes and ½ tsp turmeric powder and fry well

step 9

  • STEP 9.Cover and cook for 3 mins,add 1 cup of water and cover again

step 10

  • STEP 10.Add the curd and cook for 8 mins \

step 11

  • STEP 11.Add the coriander leaves and mix well

step 12

  • STEP 12.Serve with roti
