- 2 Diced large size potato
- 1 cup Chopped Onion
- As required Chopped coriander leaves
- 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
- As required Salt
- 1 cup curd
- 2 tablespoon mustard oil
- 2 pinch hing
- 1 teaspoon meethi seed powder
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 2 red chilies
- 1 teaspoon coriander seeds

How to Make Aloo Paldu Recipe
STEP 01
Cut the potato
STEP 02
Chop the onions and coriander leaves
STEP 03
Heat the pan and add 2tbsp mustard oil
STEP 04
Add red chilies and 1tspm coriander seeds, let them pop
STEP 05
Add 2 pinch hing and ½ tsp meethi seeds powder
STEP 06
Add 1tsp chopped garlic
STEP 07
Add the chopped onion and fry them till brown
STEP 08
Add the diced potatoes and ½ tsp turmeric powder and fry well
STEP 09
Cover and cook for 3 mins,add 1 cup of water and cover again
STEP 10
Add the curd and cook for 8 mins \
STEP 11
Add the coriander leaves and mix well
STEP 12
Serve with roti
