STEP 1.Take arhar dal wash it and pressure cook it. After releasing the pressure take out from the cooker & smash it.
STEP 2.In a kadhai add ghee then add jeera, hing, ginger garlic, green chilies, curry leaves & onion. Saute for a minute then add tomato.
STEP 3.Then add cooked mix dal. Mix well. Then add salt, sugar, lemon juice, and chopped coriander. Let it boil for 5 min.
STEP 4.If you want you can add tadka over it after boiling. Dal fry is ready. You can serve it with jeera rice or roti or plain rice also....
