  • 125 g gms Noodle
  • 0.13 Cup - Carrot shredded
  • 0.13 Cup cup cabbage
  • 0.13 Cup cup Capsicum
  • 1/4 Cup cup onion
  • 0.13 Cup cup Hara pyaz
  • 1/2 Tbsp tbs Adark mirchi choupped
  • 1/2 Tbsp tbs Garlic
  • 1/2 Tbsp tbs celery
  • To Taste to taste salt.
  • 1/2 Tsp tsp Soya sauce
  • 1/2 Tbsp Oil:-

Directions: Vegetable Hakka Noodles Recipe

  • STEP 1.Boil noodles in hot water with salt
  • STEP 2.Drain it in strainer now keep aside dry on cotton cloth
  • STEP 3.In a pan add oil add adrak mirchi garlic and sautte them add all vegetable and onion cook them for few mini
  • STEP 4.Add salt mix very well last add noodles and Soya sauce and mix them for few mini add green garlic onion and celery..
