STEP 1.Take a pan and put 1tbsp of oil and put ginger,garlic onion tomato and red chilli, fry well then allow to cool.
STEP 2.Now grind in the mixie with salt and haldi, keep aside.
STEP 3.Now take a pan and put oil and add mustard seed then hing and ground paste fry well till separates the oil.
STEP 4.Chutney is ready to serve
STEP 5.I served with Dosa.
