Ingredients for Tomato Chutney Recipe

  • 500 gram Tomatoes
  • 40 gram pitted dates
  • 80 gram aamshotto
  • 40 gram Raisins
  • 25 gram Cashew
  • 400 gram Sugar
  • 6 gram Salt
  • 2 gram Turmeric
  • 20 gram mustard oil
  • 1 piece dried red chilli
  • 1/2 teaspoon panch phoron

Directions: Tomato Chutney Recipe

  • STEP 1.Cut the tomatoes into cubes and split the dates
  • STEP 2.Heat mustard oil in a pan. Add dried red chilies and panch phoran
  • STEP 3.Add the tomatoes, salt, turmeric and mix well. Cover and cook for 5 minutes
  • STEP 4.Add sugar, cashew, aamshotto and raisins to the pan. Mix well and cook for 2 minutes.
