Directions : Chinese Szechuan Dry Fried Green Beans Recipe

Cooking Directions

STEP 1.Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add green beans and stir-fry for a few minutes until they start to blister and turn bright green.
STEP 2.Add minced garlic, ginger, and Szechuan peppercorns to the wok. Stir-fry for another minute until fragrant.
