Ingredients for Szechuan Chicken Recipe
- 0.06 cup Vegetable oil, divided
- 0.38 pound Chicken breasts, trimmed and cubed
- 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
- 1/4 inch 1/2 yellow onion, chopped into chunks
- 1/4 inch 1 green bell pepper, chopped into chunks
- 1/4 inch 1 red bell pepper, chopped into chunks
- 3.75 Small dried chilies, use less for a milder flavor
- 1/2 teaspoon Minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon Minced ginger
- As required Salt and pepper, to taste
- As required Sesame seeds, for garnish

- 1/2 tablespoon Hoisin sauce
- 1/2 tablespoon Sesame oil
