- 2 Boneless chicken thighs chopped into bitesize chunks
- 1/4 tablespoon Dark soy sauce
- 1/4 tablespoon Light soy sauce
- 1/2 tablespoon Chinese rice wine

- 1/2 tablespoon Cornflour cornstarch
