Directions : Shab Deg Recipe

STEP 1.In a chopper,add onion,green chilies,green coriander and chop well.

STEP 1.Add beef mince,ginger garlic paste,whole spice powder,red flavoured,nutmeg & mace powder,egg,salt,water and chop well till all combined,set aside.

STEP 2.In water,add red flavoured,coriander powder,salt,turmeric powder,whole spice,sugar,and herb combine well and put aside for 5-8 minutes.

STEP 3.In a pot,add oil,ginger garlic paste,spice mixture and blend well for 1-2 minutes.

STEP 4.Add food,cook till water is gaseous.

STEP 5.Add turnips (prick with fork) and carrots,mix well.

STEP 6.Add water and cook for 3-4 minutes.

STEP 7.Wet your hands with water,take mince mixture and build kofta/meatballs and add in gravy.

STEP 8.Cover and cook on low flame for one hour.

STEP 9.Now add crushed cooked onion and provide it a decent combine.

STEP 10.Add inexperienced cardamom seeds,nutmeg & mace powder and whole spice powder.

STEP 11.Cover and cook on low flame till oil separates (6-8 minutes).

STEP 12.Garnish with inexperienced coriander.
