  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 0.67 pound Daikon radish
  • 4-5 green onions
  • 1/2 pound pork, thinly sliced
  • As required Dressing
  • 2 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon sesame oil

Directions: Pork Shabu Shabu Salad Recipe

  • STEP 1.In a plate, slice tomatoes and place to cover the plate
  • STEP 2.Grate the raddish and chop green onions , set aside
  • STEP 3.Mix the ingredients for dressing and set side
  • STEP 4.Boil water and pork slices for 15secs in a pot
  • STEP 5.Drain the water and put it in ice .
  • STEP 6.Place the radish and pork over tomatoes
  • STEP 7.Top with green onions
  • STEP 8.Serve with sprinkle of dressing
