Ingredients for Shab Deg Recipe

  • 1/2 teaspoon KoftayGaram masala powder
  • 1 Pyaz medium
  • 4-5 Hari mirch
  • 3 tablespoon Hara dhania Chopped
  • 1/2 kilogram Beef keema
  • 1.50 tablespoon Adrak lehsun paste
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala powder
  • 1 teaspoon Lal mirch powder and 0.5
  • 1 teaspoon Jaifil and Javitri powder
  • 1 Anda
  • 2 As required Namak tsp
  • As required Pani
  • 5.50 cup Pani
  • 1/2 As required Lal mirch powder tbs
  • 1 tablespoon Dhania powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Haldi powder
  • 2 Badi elaichi
  • 4-5 Laung
  • 6-7 Sabut kali mirch
  • 1 Darchini
  • 1 teaspoon Cheeni
  • 1 Tez paat
  • 3/4 cup Oil
  • 1 cup Dahi
  • 250 gram Shalgam Peeled
  • 250 gram Gajar Peeled
  • 3 Pyaz Fried and crushed medium
  • 1/4 teaspoon Hari elaichi seeds Crushed

Directions: Shab Deg Recipe

  • STEP 1.In a chopper,add onion,green chilies,green coriander and chop well.
  • STEP 1.Add beef mince,ginger garlic paste,whole spice powder,red flavoured,nutmeg & mace powder,egg,salt,water and chop well till all combined,set aside.
  • STEP 2.In water,add red flavoured,coriander powder,salt,turmeric powder,whole spice,sugar,and herb combine well and put aside for 5-8 minutes.
  • STEP 3.In a pot,add oil,ginger garlic paste,spice mixture and blend well for 1-2 minutes.
  • STEP 4.Add food,cook till water is gaseous.
  • STEP 5.Add turnips (prick with fork) and carrots,mix well.
  • STEP 6.Add water and cook for 3-4 minutes.

  • STEP 7.Wet your hands with water,take mince mixture and build kofta/meatballs and add in gravy.
  • STEP 8.Cover and cook on low flame for one hour.

  • STEP 9.Now add crushed cooked onion and provide it a decent combine.
  • STEP 10.Add inexperienced cardamom seeds,nutmeg & mace powder and whole spice powder.
  • STEP 11.Cover and cook on low flame till oil separates (6-8 minutes).
  • STEP 12.Garnish with inexperienced coriander.
