Ingredients For Restaurant style paneer kofta Recipe
3 Paste of medium size onions
2 Puree of big or 3 med size blanched tomatoes
Ggc paste half spoon
1 teaspoon Jeera
2 tablespoon oil and butter each
1 kasoori methi spoon
8 kaju soaked in hot water and make paste of it
2 teaspoon red chilli pwd
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon kitchen king masala

2 potatoes boiled and mashed
100 gram Paneer
2 green chillies finely chopped
coriander leaves few

1 tablespoon cornflour
