Ingredients for Restaurant style paneer kofta Recipe

  • 3/4 Paste of medium size onions
  • 1/2 Puree of big or 3 med size blanched tomatoes
  • As required Ggc paste half spoon
  • 1/4 teaspoon Jeera
  • 1/2 tablespoon oil and butter each
  • 1/4 kasoori methi spoon
  • 2-2.50 kaju soaked in hot water and make paste of it
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chilli pwd
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon kitchen king masala
  • As required Salt
  • As required To make koftas
  • 1/2 potatoes boiled and mashed
  • 25 gram Paneer
  • 1/2 green chillies finely chopped
  • As required coriander leaves few
  • As required Salt
  • 1/4 tablespoon cornflour
