I make jumbo laddu...Rava Laddoo is commonly prepared sweet in India for many occasions. This is so simple and easy to prepare with min ingredients.....
STEP 1.For sugar syrup take a pan nd add 1 and 1/2 bowl sugar and 1 bowl water, stir it sugar dissolves and also add saffron in the chashni.
STEP 2.Take a mixing bowl add besan, suji and ghee and water. Make a dough and let it rest for five mins.
STEP 3.Now take some portion of it and make a oval and make all out of the whole dough and fry them in oil.
STEP 4.Let it cool nd grind it in grinder. Take a pan add 1 tsp ghee and fry the dry fruits into it.
STEP 5.Now mix sugar syrup dry fruits and the grinded material. Mix properly nd make jumbo laddus out of it nd serve ...
STEP 6.U can make small laddu........
