This is a simple panjiri prasad recipe which is prepared with ghee, wheat flour, semolina and loaded with the goodness of healthy nuts. Panjiri is usually preferred as a prasad for most of the puja's and holy gatherings.
STEP 1.1. Heat a pan and roast the wheat on medium flame till it turns golden brown.
STEP 2.Now add ghee and mix well with flour and cook for 5- 6 more minutes.
STEP 3.Add cashews, cardamom and almonds and mix well. Make sure to cook properly and leave no raw smell
STEP 4.Take it off heat and prepare to cool it down at room temperature. Add batashe to it and mix.
STEP 5.Add sugar as per your taste. Panjiri is ready, it can be peserved for 12-20 days.
