STEP 1.Take a mixing bowl add besan, chilli powder, pepper powder, turmeric powder, baking soda and salt. Mix all the ingredients together. Add water and make a thick batter, so that paneer should coat well.
STEP 2.In a kadai heat oil. Then dip the paneer slices in besan batter. Deep fry them in hot oil.Flip it and cook it on medium flame until golden in colour. Serve it with tomato sauce and green chutney.
