Ingredients for Paneer pakora Recipe

  • 1/4 Cup Paneer
  • 1/4 cup maida
  • 0.13 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 0.13 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 0.13 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1/2 tbsp suji
  • 1/2 tbsp Til
  • 1/4 Cup Oil                 - for fryin
  • to taste Salt
  • 0.13 tsp Chat masala
  • 1/4 Tsp Ginger garlic paste

Directions: Paneer Pakora Recipe

  • STEP 1.Cut paneer into pieces Marinate paneer pieces with red chilly powder and chat masala
  • STEP 2..Mix maida,red chilli powder,coriander powder,turmeric powder ginger garlic paste and salt in a bowl.
  • STEP 3.Make a smooth batter with the help of little water.
  • STEP 4.Mix well suji and til.
  • STEP 5.Heat the oil in a wok.Dip the paneer pieces into the batter and coat them in the mixture of suji and til b
  • STEP 6.Fry the pakora golden n crispy.Drain extra oil.
  • STEP 7.Serve with sauce.
