• 0.25 teaspoon Amchur
• 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
• As required Salt
• 0.5 teaspoon cumin seeds
• As required Red chilli powder
• 0.25 teaspoon mint leaves juice
• 1 pinch Turmeric
• 0.25 teaspoon Finely chopped ginger
• Medium sized Idlis
• Oil to fry the idlis
• 2 teaspoon Roasted Flattened Rice
• As required Mint leaves
