Ingredients For Gajar ki Kheer or Carrot 🥕 Kheer... Recipe
1 Litre Ltr full cream milk
1.5 cup finely grated gajar
0.5 cup Sugar
0.5 cup Condensed milk
0.5 tsp Elaichi powder
4 Pieces pc kaju
4 Pieces pc badam
4 Pieces pc kishmish
Directions : Gajar ki Kheer or Carrot 🥕 Kheer... Recipe
STEP 1.Take a deep bottom pan , add milk , boil it .
STEP 2.Lower the flame , keep boiling for 5 minutes .
STEP 3.Add grated gajar , mix well . Keep cooking until gajar is cooked & milk becomes a lil thick .
STEP 4.Now add sugar , mix well , cook it until further thick .
STEP 5.In case u r adding condensed milk , do not add sugar or dish will become extremely sweet .
STEP 6.Keep stirring now , add elaichi powder , mix it well .
STEP 7.Do not cook for a longer time if adding condensed milk . Kheer will become thick with the condensed milk.
STEP 8.Turn off the flame if kheer has turned thick .
STEP 9.Take out in a serving bowl , garnish it with all nuts .
STEP 10.Sprinkle some elaichi powder onto the kheer .
STEP 11.U can add 3 drops of kewra water as per your choice.
STEP 12.An Indian Dessert...can be had after any meal ..
