STEP 1.Preheat your oven at 375 degree f . heat some oil in a pan and cook the seasoned chicken for a few minutes until it becomes sear and brown. Take your chicken in a bowl and season it with salt and pepper.
STEP 2.Cook the chicken in the oven for 30-45 minutes . Heat oil in a pan and saute onions , garlic paste nd aji panca in it with some salt , pepper oregano and cumin. Add in some celery and carrots to the pan and saute for a few minutes.
STEP 3.Add vinegar , honey chicken stock and bay leaves to this and simmer for around 10-15 minutes.
STEP 4.Combine the cooked chicken with prepared sauce and let it cool.
