In a large pot add chicken
Add water,½ onion,1 garlic clove, 1tbsp salt
Cook for 15mins
Remove chicken from the pot and cool it down
Discard the onion and garlic
Store the broth of the chicken
Shred the chicken
Add tostada and about 2 tbsp of chicken
Add the toppings
Serve with toppings
