  • 4 cup water enough to cover the chicken
  • 1 tablespoon Salt
  • 1/2 Onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 8 Tostada Shells
  • As required For toppings
  • 1/2 head lettuce shredded
  • 2 tomatoes diced
  • As required Avocado
  • As required Crema Mexicana
  • As required Queso Fresco
  • As required Salsa Verde
  • As required Pickled jalapeno
  • As required Cilantro Chopped
  • As required Refried Beans
  • As required Guacamole
  • As required Radishes

  • STEP 1.In a large pot add chicken

  • STEP 2.Add water,½ onion,1 garlic clove, 1tbsp salt

  • STEP 3.Cook for 15mins

  • STEP 4.Remove chicken from the pot and cool it down

  • STEP 5.Discard the onion and garlic

  • STEP 6.Store the broth of the chicken
