This extremely flavourful fish is very popular among the bengalis. Protein rich with omega 3 fatty acids, it is prepared in many ways. This one is cooked in coconut milk which is very light on the tummy. It is best relished with plain steamed rice.

1 teaspoon nigella seeds
1 teaspoon ginger, grated
1 green chilies
1 tablespoon mustard oil
0.5 teaspoon panch phoron
0.5 teaspoon turmeric powder

2 green chilies, slit
1 teaspoon raw mustard oil to garnish
coriander leaves to garnish
