- 1 tablespoon Oil
- 1 tablespoon Ghee
- 1 onions, sliced
- 1/2 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder

- 1/2-1 tablespoon ghee / oil
- 1/2 stick Cinnamon
- 1 green cardamoms
- 2-2.50 Cloves
- 1 bay leaves
- 1/2 onion, sliced
- As required Garnishing
- 1 tablespoon fried onions
- 1 slit green chilies
- 1/2 teaspoon kewra water
- 1/2 teaspoon coriander leaves, chopped
