STEP 3.Add the pumpkins and fry lightly , set aside. Temper with dried red chilies,bay leaves,cardamom,cinnamon and cumin seeds
STEP 4.Add the potatoes tomatoes and mixed spices. Mix well and cook until the raw smell is gone
STEP 5.Add the fried pumpkin and prawns. Mix well and add some hot water, sugar, salt and green chillies then cover and cook for 3 minutes
