Ingredients for Chingri Kumro'R Dalna Recipe

  • 250 gram Prawns
  • As required Turmeric powder
  • As required Salt
  • 300 gram Peeled and diced Pumpkin
  • 150 gram Potato cubes
  • 20 gram Tomato
  • 1 piece Green chili
  • 2 piece dried red chilies
  • 2 piece bay leaves
  • 1 piece Cardamom
  • 1 piece Cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 15 gram ginger paste
  • As required Water
  • As required Mustard oil
  • As required Sugar

Directions: Chingri Kumro'r Dalna Recipe

  • STEP 1.Marinate the prawns with turmeric and salt
  • STEP 2.Heat pan with mustard oil. Fry the prawns on medium heat and set aside
  • STEP 3.Add the pumpkins and fry lightly , set aside. Temper with dried red chilies,bay leaves,cardamom,cinnamon and cumin seeds
  • STEP 4.Add the potatoes tomatoes and mixed spices. Mix well and cook until the raw smell is gone
  • STEP 5.Add the fried pumpkin and prawns. Mix well and add some hot water, sugar, salt and green chillies then cover and cook for 3 minutes
