- 150 gram Potato cubes
- 20 gram Tomato

- 2 piece dried red chilies
- 2 piece bay leaves
- 1 piece Cardamom
- 1 piece Cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin seeds
- teaspoon cumin powder
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder

- 15 gram ginger paste

How to Make Chingri Kumro'r Dalna Recipe
STEP 01
Marinate the prawns with turmeric and salt
STEP 02
Heat pan with mustard oil. Fry the prawns on medium heat and set aside
STEP 03
Add the pumpkins and fry lightly , set aside. Temper with dried red chilies,bay leaves,cardamom,cinnamon and cumin seeds
STEP 04
Add the potatoes tomatoes and mixed spices. Mix well and cook until the raw smell is gone
STEP 05
Add the fried pumpkin and prawns. Mix well and add some hot water, sugar, salt and green chillies then cover and cook for 3 minutes
