1 Cups broken wheat (dalia)
0.5 Cups Cranberries
2 Cups Hot water
2 Tbsp Lemon juice
3 Tbsp Olive oil
To Taste Salt (To Taste)
0.5 Tbsp spice black pepper
0.5 Cups medium finely chopped cucumber
0.5 Cups onion ( finely chopped)
3 Tbsp coriander leaves..chopped

STEP 1.In a bowl, add a cup of dalia.
STEP 2.Then, add 1/4 cups cranberries to it.
STEP 3.Next, add two cups of hot water and keep it aside for 20-25 minutes.
STEP 4.In another bowl, start preparing the dressing.
STEP 5.Add 2 tbsp lemon juice and 3 tbsp olive oil.
STEP 6.Now, mix salt and pepper and make the dressing.
STEP 7.In the dalia bowl, add cucumber, onion, coriander leaves and more cranberries.
STEP 8.Pour the dressing over the salad and serve.
