- 1/4 Cups Quinoa
- 1/2 Cups Hot water
- 1 Tbsp Almonds (Badam)
- 1 Tbsp Oil or ghee
- 1 Tbsp Cranberries
- 1/4 Tsp Rai(mustard seeds)
- 1 Nos Slit whole green chillies
- A Few Curry leaves(kadi patta)
- 1/2 Tsp Ginger garlic paste
- 1/4 Cups onion ( finely chopped)
- A Handful Gongura leaves
- 1/4 Cups Tomatoes (Finely Chopped)
- 1/4 Tsp Turmeric powder ( haldi)
- 1/2 Tsp Black Peppercorns (Freshly Cracked)
- 1/2 Tsp Whole spice mix
- 250 g chicken pieces (with bone)
- 1/4 Cups Cranberries
- As required Water - required

How to Make Gongura Chichen Video Recipe By Us Cranberries India Recipe
In a pan dry roast the quinoa.
Add a cup of hot water and let it cook covered under a lid.
Once the quinoa has soaked up the water, add 2 tbsp each of almonds and cranberries to the cooked quinoa and mix well.
In a separate pan, heat up the oil and add mustard seeds to it.
Add slit green chillies , curry leaves, ginger garlic paste and saute for a minute.
Add chopped onions to the spices and saute till translucent.
Add the gongura leaves straight into the pan along with chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, pepper powder, and your custom powdered spice mix.
Add in the pieces of chicken and sautee it with the spices and aromatics, till the gongura leaves wilt and the tomatoes start to turn mushy.
Add dried cranberries to the curry and pour water in the pan to cook the chicken.
15 minutes later, check on the chicken and onvce fully cooked, serve it alongside the quinoa that was prepared earlier.
