- To Taste pinch salt
- 1/2 Bunches Spaghetti
- 1.25 Tbsp Olive oil
- 1 Tbsp finely chopped garlic ( lehsun)
- 3/4 Tsp Chilli flakes as per taste
- 0.17 Cups Dried cranberries
- 1 Tbsp Freshly chopped parsely
- 2 Tbsp Grated parmesan

How to Make How To Make Aglio Olio Recipe
Heat water in a pan and add salte to taste.
Add the spaghetti and let it boil.
Add 1/2 tbsp of olive oil to the boiling spaghetti.
Once cooked, separate the spaghetti and the pasta water.
In a pan, heat 2 tbsp of olive oil.
Add chopped garlic and fry till they are golden brown.
Next, add 1.5 tsp chilli flakes and cook for a couple of minutes.
Add 1/3 cups of cranberries and mix well.
Add the boiled spaghetti and adjust the salt and pepper.
Put 3 tbsp of pasta water and give it a stir.
Add 1 tbsp chopped parsley.
Finally, add 2 tbsp of parmesan. Cook for a minute and take the pasta off heat.
Garnish with cranberries, parsley and parmesan.
