  • 0.33 Cups all purpose flour ( maida )
  • 0.17 Tsp Baking powder
  • 0.08 Tsp Baking soda
  • 1/25 Tsp •salt
  • 1/4 Cup Soft butter
  • 0.17 Cup Castor sugar
  • 0.17 Tsp Vanilla extract
  • 0.17 Tbsp yoghurt (curd)
  • 0.08 Cup Chocolate chips
  • 0.08 Cup Cranberries

Method

  • STEP 1.In a large bowl add maida, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Mix well and keep it aside.
  • STEP 1.Take another bowl and beat softened butter and sugar with an electric mixer.
  • STEP 2.Then add vanilla extract, curd and stir again until a smooth batter is formed.
  • STEP 3.Stir in flour mixture, chocolate chip, cranberries and knead a dough.
  • STEP 4.Make cookies out of the dough and place it on an ungreased cookie sheet.
  • STEP 5.Bake at 180°C for 25-30 minutes and enjoy.
