  • 1 Tbsp onion ( finely chopped)
  • 1/2 Tsp sugar ( adjustable)
  • To Taste salt (adjust to taste)
  • 1/2 Tbsp Lemon juice (optional)
  • 1 Nos Dried red chillies
  • 1 Tbsp ginger garlic paste( freshly made)
  • 1 Tbsp Hung Curd
  • 1/4 Cups Paneer crumble
  • 0.13 Cups Cream cheese
  • 1/4 Cups mix dry fruit powder
  • 1 Tbsp • Corn Flour
  • 1 Tbsp maida( refined flour)
  • 1/2 Tsp Red Chilli Powder (Lal Mirch)
  • 1/2 Tsp Mix spice /garam masala
  • 1 Nos tbs chopped green chilli
  • 1 Tsp mint leaves
  • Cups small cup ghee

How to Make Cheese Kebab Video Recipe By Us Cranberries India Recipe

In a blender, add 1/4 cup cranberry, 2 tbsp onions,sugar, salt, lemon juice, dried red chiilies and ginger garlic paste.

Blend it and make a smooth chutney.

STEP 03

Next, in a bowl take paneer, hung curd and cream cheese.

STEP 04

Add cranberries, dru fruit powder, corn flour and refined flour.

STEP 05

Next, put red chilli powder, garam masala and chopped green chillies.

STEP 06

Finally, add salt, ginger garlic paste and mint leaves. Mix well.

STEP 07

Put it in the fridge for 30 minutes and then make tikkis out of it.

STEP 08

In a pan, heat up ghee.

STEP 09

Put the tikkis one by one on the pan and shallow fry.

STEP 10

Your chutney and tikkis are ready.
