• 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
• 1 teaspoon Whole grain mustard

• 1 tablespoon Creme fraiche or sour cream
• 0.5 teaspoon Agave nectar or honey
• drop Few drops sriracha, or other hot sauce of your choice
