Cooking Directions

• STEP 1.In a mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, ghee, and a pinch of salt.
• STEP 2.Gradually add water and knead the dough until it becomes smooth and elastic.
• STEP 3.Divide the dough into small balls and roll them into circular discs.
• STEP 4.Heat oil in a deep pan and fry the discs until they turn golden brown.
• STEP 5.Serve hot with aloo dum or cholar dal.

Storage and Serving

• Luchi is best served hot and fresh.
• Leftover luchi can be stored in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
• Reheat in a pan or microwave before serving.
