  • STEP 1.In a bowl, mix all-purpose flour, salt, and oil. Add water gradually and knead into a soft dough.
  • STEP 2.Cover the dough and let it rest for 30 minutes.
  • STEP 3.Divide the dough into small balls and roll them into small circles.
  • STEP 4.Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the luchis until they puff up and turn golden brown.
  • STEP 5.In another pan, heat oil and sauté onions until golden brown.
